Antique kids road trip…pollution free!

Hubby and I have been snapping and styling a whirlwind of gallery photos, and it is difficult to choose which ones to list first. I did really love how this vintage photography inspired product shot came out…and it was born from the talks we’ve been having about taking a road trip up the Pacific Coast Highway…starting at the very southern tip and driving until the road ends (and of course, collecting vintage treasures along the way)!

We found this dearly loved toy in an antique store which was completely off-the-beaten path. The antique toy looked like it needed another little boy or girl to love it, and we could not let it sit in the antique store lonely any longer.

This charming antique toy is a 100% vintage wood car with smooth rolling wheels (and absolutely no fears of strange lead paint from China). The vintage car frame is the perfect “handle” for little hands to vroom around…which helps with their motors skills and eye-hand coordination. Grab a map and you can together “drive” the next family road trip. *Beep*Beep* Take it home from our Etsy shop here.

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don’t have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn’t write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.
